News!!

This is the reason my blog posts have been so few and far in between lately!! I have a baby due in April!!! I am so excited! Although, this little munchkin has made me so incredibly sick. With 2 little men to look after already, life has been a bit topsy turvy as of late. But I am pleased to say I am now feeling better, the baby is doing well and I am really looking forward to April. Henry (nearly 4) is really into the pregnancy, it is so beautiful to see him talking to the baby and telling him/her about his day. Owen (nearly 2) just blows raspberries at him/her for now!!

Your suggestions for the best kids toys/gifts ever!

It is that time of year again! The time of year we are all searching for the perfect gift for the little people in our lives. The gift that the little people simply cannot live without!

At some point, we've all given or received a gift that is a real hit! I thought this could be a really good opportunity for us to share our ideas about the perfect gift for the little ones in our lives. The gift the kids cannot live without! It might just help with Christmas shopping!

I'll start! The best gift I think I have ever bought my kids would be the Wheely Bug. I bought this for my eldest son, now nearly 4, when he was about 8 months old. He was surgically attached to it for many many months! Would not go anywhere in the house without riding it! Now my youngest son, nearly 2, does laps around the house on it. I wonder if baby number 3, due April, will have as much fun with it??! It will definitely stand up to him/her. It still looks brand new. We LOVE it!

Photo is courtesy of Mummys Favourite, where they can also be purchased. We chose the cow, but I think they're all really cute!

Use the link below to blog about your perfect toy and/or leave a comment to tell us about your perfect gift for little people and where you can purchase it. And thank you!

Blog Reader Special

Sarah and I had a great time at the Yarraville Market today. It was a really warm day but there were still lots of people out and about checking out all the fabulous stores at the market. It is always good to catch up with familiar faces, like Fiona from Squirt Baby.

Anyway, lucky market goers were able to pick up Here We Go Loopy Lou fabric cards for a special market price today and I would love to extend this offer to all of my wonderful blog readers. All fabric cards in my Made It Store will be available for $5 (usually $6) to all my blog readers until the end of November (i.e. 5pm Monday November 30). I will refund the difference via paypal. Just mention you are a blog reader in the notes to seller.

Thank you to everyone who reads this blog.
