We went to the Family Open Day at Dame Elisabeth Murdoch's farm. May I just say, I could become accustomed to this style of living! It was an absolutely beautiful property full of gardens, trees and lakes. We enjoyed a picnic by the lake and drank in the view and the tranquility.
We also enjoyed a spot of tennis on "our" tennis court!
Hubby and I did have a chuckle on the way out. We see that even Dame Elisabeth Murdoch puts out her hard rubbish. It was a small vacuum cleaner. Hubby said it was probably the one they use for the car! The inside one would have to be huge!

ReplyDeleteI'm being picky... but I don't think I would like to play tennis at a court stuck in the middle of a paddock. Poor Dame Murdoch. LOL. x

ReplyDeleteSounds like a very nice day out. The house looks lovely. The great thing is that with a house that big you are also likely to have enough money to have a cleaner as well! It's the practical everyday things I think about these days - LOL! Lou.
