Happy New Year

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. My little family certainly did. It's hard to believe with all that effort and preparation, it is all over and we are now entering a new decade!

2010 is looking to be a great year for our family. We are looking forward to welcoming our 3rd child in April. My husband and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary about 5 days later. Owen will be turning 2 in a matter of days and Henry will be turning 4 in February. We're hoping to get stuck into some house and garden rennovations when time allows!

Tonight we will be celebrating with friends, although I am not sure if I will see midnight in this year!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful NYE and a fantastic 2010.

My weekend

My family and I spent the better part of the weekend at "our" new park! We have been waiting for this park to open for months and this weekend it finally did! When we moved to the area a year ago, we were really disappointed with the local parks, as our boys LOVE playing in the park. Since then, the 2 parks in walking distance have undergone a massive revamp! We are now lucky enough to have 2 fabulous parks to choose from right near us. This is only one section of "our" new park. There are more swings, slides, sandpits etc. The boys love it!

Loopy Love in print!!

One of my Mum's friends spotted Sarah and I in the latest edition of Handmade Magazine! How exciting!

This photo was taken at Loopy Love's Yarraville Market debut! There are Sarah and I in the bottom left corner. We also did one together in November as we really love going to the Yarraville Market. It is such a great atmosphere with such fabulous stall holders. You might recognise some other faces, including Susannah Tucker (top left) and Totally Innocent (middle right).

Needless to say, I was a little chuffed about seeing us in a real life magazine!!

News!!

This is the reason my blog posts have been so few and far in between lately!! I have a baby due in April!!! I am so excited! Although, this little munchkin has made me so incredibly sick. With 2 little men to look after already, life has been a bit topsy turvy as of late. But I am pleased to say I am now feeling better, the baby is doing well and I am really looking forward to April. Henry (nearly 4) is really into the pregnancy, it is so beautiful to see him talking to the baby and telling him/her about his day. Owen (nearly 2) just blows raspberries at him/her for now!!
